The Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) supports community-driven solutions to expand opportunities for:
- Active Living
- Healthy Eating
- Commercial Tobacco-Free Living
- Wellbeing
- Lactation Support
The counties of Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and St. Louis collaborate to lead and support SHIP initiatives in local communities through Northeast Minnesota SHIP.

Supporting workplaces to promote healthy environments and policies.

Together with these partners, SHIP works to make changes to policies, systems, and environments (PSE) that will improve the quality of life for everyone.
